Role Description The Civil & Interior Outfit Architect is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram. The role involves leading and supporting the design and execution of interior architecture and fit-out projects, including space planning, material selection, and coordination of civil works. Responsibilities include preparing design concepts, detailed drawings, and construction documents; collaborating closely with clients to understand requirements; and aligning designs with project budgets and timelines. The architect will conduct site visits, supervise ongoing work, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and ensure that quality, safety, and regulatory standards are met. Day-to-day tasks also include cross-functional coordination with structural and MEP teams, reviewing shop drawings, and providing design clarifications to maintain design integrity during execution.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Interior Architecture for integrated building and interior solutions.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Interior Design and Space Planning to develop functional, aesthetically refined layouts.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience in Interior Fit-out, including supervision of civil works, finishes, and detailing.
- Proficiency in architectural and interior design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and MS Office.
- Good understanding of building codes, materials, construction methodologies, and site coordination.
- Strong visual, technical drawing, and documentation skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture from a recognized institution; relevant professional experience in civil and interior outfit projects is preferred.
