Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Civil Foreman role based in Delhi, India. The Civil Foreman will be responsible for supervising construction projects, coordinating with teams, ensuring safety measures, and maintaining project schedules. Daily tasks include overseeing site activities, managing resources, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to construction plans and regulations while maintaining high standards of work quality.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to manage teams, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain project timelines.
• Proficiency in handling Heavy Equipment and familiarity with safety protocols for operating construction machinery.
• Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Carpentry and Maintenance skills with hands-on experience in the construction and upkeep of project components.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Prior experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects is preferred.
