Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Finishing Works Specialist located in Bogole. The responsibilities include overseeing and managing end-to-end finishing activities such as plastering, tiling, flooring, waterproofing, painting, and other interior and exterior works. The role involves ensuring that high standards of quality are met, monitoring progress, coordinating with teams and contractors, and adhering to timelines. Additionally, the candidate will ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality certifications while resolving technical challenges on-site.
Qualifications
- Expertise in civil finishing works, including plastering, tiling, flooring, and waterproofing
- Proficiency in quality control processes and standards in construction finishing tasks
- Strong team coordination and contractor management skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance in construction activities
- Ability to read and interpret designs, technical drawings, and project plans accurately
- Problem-solving abilities for on-site technical challenges and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Educational background in Civil Engineering or equivalent field is preferred
- Prior experience in large-scale residential or commercial projects will be an advantage
