industry with our innovative AI-powered construction management solution, “Kael” — an AI project manager that predicts delays, flags risks, automates reporting, and prevents cost overruns with
real-time construction intelligence. Our hardware platform, “Observance”, uses LiDAR scanning,
thermal imaging, and AI-powered analysis to deliver BIM Models, deviation detection, and as-built
intelligence. We are committed to pushing the boundaries of technology across diverse sectors.
Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Execution Coordinator to join our project delivery team. This role is responsible for monitoring on-site civil works progress, coordinating contractors, and ensuring accurate site data is captured daily in the project management platform — so that progress tracking, resource allocation, and risk forecasting are grounded in real site conditions. The team operates with an AI-powered project management platform as its primary working tool — all field information must be captured into the platform in real time, and its outputs used to drive delivery. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.
Responsibilities
1) Civil Works Execution & Monitoring
● Monitor day-to-day progress of civil works including substructure, superstructure, finishes, and external development against the master programme.
● Allocate available resources for critical and scheduled civil works and inform the PSP Project Manager for implementation.
● Coordinate daily site activities across civil contractors, subcontractors, and labour agencies to maintain schedule adherence.
● Identify and escalate schedule deviations, resource shortfalls, and sequencing conflicts to the Project Manager.
● Ensure method statements and risk assessments are prepared, uploaded to the platform, and comply with applicable standards and codal practices.
● Supervise a dedicated close-out team (where required) to address minor quality defects flagged by the platform or QC inspections.
2) Schedule & Progress Reporting
● Update civil progress data, milestone completions, and manpower deployment records in the platform on a daily basis.
● Prepare and maintain level schedule updates; prepare catch-up plans for any slippages and present to the Project Manager.
● Validate executed quantities against scan-based outputs from the Observance platform before confirming progress updates.
● Track procurement dependencies for critical civil materials to provide advance warning of potential supply delays.
● Prepare weekly and fortnightly civil progress reports for client and internal review. Contractor &
3) Stakeholder Coordination
● Conduct daily site walks and document observations against approved drawings and specifications.
● Coordinate with quality and safety teams to ensure civil execution meets project standards.
● Attend site review meetings; record and follow up on action items to closure.
● Support preparation of contractor payment documentation, variation logs, and BOQ reconciliations.
Qualifications
● 2–5 years of on-site civil engineering execution experience with a developer, PMC, or main contractor.
● Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
● Working knowledge of construction scheduling, BOQ measurement, and site documentation practices.
● Familiarity with digital project management or site reporting tools is an advantage.
● Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple contractors simultaneously.
● Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Project or equivalent scheduling software.
Work Location : Ahmedabad (On-site)
