quantities are measured.
Mandatory Experience
Division 31 – Earthwork & Site Preparation
Division 32 – Paving, Asphalt & Concrete
Division 33 – Utilities (Sewer, Storm, Water, Fire Lines)
Role
Quantity takeoffs using PlanSwift / Bluebeam
Excel-based BOQs, estimates, bid summaries & cost tracking
Apply sound construction methodology while estimating (sequencing,
productivity, means & methods)
Prime & Subcontractor bid comparison (Excel)
Bid proposal management on Monday.com
Must Have
B.Tech Civil Engineering
3+ years US infrastructure estimation experience
Excellent command over Excel (cost codes, BOQs, formulas, bid leveling)
Strong understanding of construction methodology for Earthwork, Utilities &
Paving
Ability to translate drawings + specs into buildable, accurate estimates
