We're Hiring: Civil Estimation Engineers (Pre-Tender & Bidding Stage) | Saudi Arabia
Black Rocks Consultancy is hiring on behalf of a leading and well-established Engineering & Contracting Group in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for experienced Civil Estimation Engineers with strong expertise in pre-tender and bidding activities for large-scale industrial projects.
Civil Estimation Engineer (Pre-Tender & Bidding) Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for civil construction projects.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to determine project scope and pricing.
- Perform quantity take-offs and support value engineering initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
- Assist in project cost planning, budgeting, and bid evaluation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely tender submissions.
Candidate Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in estimation and tendering.
- Minimum 1 years of GCC/Saudi Arabia experience (optional).
- Hands-on experience in Estimation & Tendering, Quantity Surveying, Vendor & Subcontractor Management, Project Cost Control Support, and Stakeholder Coordination.
- Experience in Industrial Projects such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, and Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in CostX, Candy, AutoCAD, and Primavera.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills.
