We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team at a reputed real
estate development company. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil engineering
with hands-on experience in residen al and commercial construc on projects.
Key Responsibilies:
• Oversee and manage all phases of construc on projects from planning to execu on.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure mely project delivery.
• Monitor on-site ac vi es to ensure compliance with design, safety standards, and quality control.
• Prepare BOQs, project schedules, and cost esmates.
• Ensure mely procurement of materials and manage resource alloca on efficiently.
• Conduct regular site inspec ons and prepare progress reports.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and liaise with local authori es as needed.
• Review and approve drawings, specifica ons, and construc on documents.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in real estate or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construc on methods, materials, and regula ons.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant so ware.
• Excellent communica on, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifica ons:
• Prior experience working with reputed developers.
• Familiarity with RERA compliance and local building codes.
