Job Description:

Enerture Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (ETPL) is a fast-growing organization in the renewable energy sector, specializing in solar EPC projects across India. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Gurugram and contribute to the successful execution of solar and infrastructure projects.

The selected candidate will play a key role in planning, designing, and supervising civil works related to rooftop and ground-mounted solar installations. This includes site inspections, structural design, foundation work, and ensuring project execution as per timelines, safety norms, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site surveys and feasibility analysis for solar projects
• Design and evaluate civil structures for rooftop and ground-mounted solar plants
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and technical drawings
• Supervise construction activities including foundation work and mounting structures
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, IS standards, and project requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams (electrical, project management) and external contractors
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery within budget
• Resolve on-site issues and provide technical solutions
• Maintain proper documentation, reports, and project records

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/BE Civil)
• 2–5 years of experience in civil construction or solar EPC projects
• Strong understanding of structural design and construction methodologies
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic project management tools
• Knowledge of IS codes and safety compliance standards
• Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in solar EPC or renewable energy projects
• Knowledge of rooftop load calculations and structural analysis
• Familiarity with government approvals and compliance processes
