Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Engineering Fresher based in Faridabad. The candidate will assist in conducting property inspections, preparing valuation reports, and performing technical appraisals. Key responsibilities include analyzing project documents, understanding local property guidelines, and supporting on-site project execution. Collaboration with senior engineers and clients will be a critical aspect of the job.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Civil Engineering principles, including structural analysis and design concepts.
- Proficiency in using computer-aided design (CAD) software and tools for drafting and modeling.
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and real estate valuation methodologies.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to analyze project requirements effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently in an on-site environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Any internship experience in property inspection, technical appraisals, or construction projects is a plus.
