About the Role
Bluth Solar is looking for a Civil Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to support the planning, design, and execution of rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong civil engineering knowledge, site execution experience, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments for solar projects.
* Prepare and review civil drawings, layouts, BOQs, and quantity estimations.
* Supervise civil construction, foundation work, and mounting structure installation.
* Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards at project sites.
* Coordinate with electrical, structural, procurement, and project execution teams.
* Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
* Verify contractor work and ensure timely project completion.
* Assist in material planning, vendor coordination, and documentation.
Required Qualifications
* B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
* 1–3 years of experience in civil construction or Solar EPC projects.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and engineering drawing interpretation.
* Knowledge of RCC works, steel structures, and foundation design.
* Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to travel to project sites across India.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in rooftop or ground-mounted solar projects.
* Knowledge of IS codes and construction quality standards.
* BOQ preparation and quantity estimation.
* Ability to manage multiple project activities efficiently.
