Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly capable Civil Site Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to oversee daily on-site construction activities and manage execution. The ideal candidate must have specific expertise in D-Wall (Diaphragm Wall) construction and comprehensive site management work. We require an immediate joiner for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Management & Execution: Supervise daily operations, deep excavation, D-Wall construction, reinforcement binding, and structural works.
- Workforce Management: Coordinate with sub-contractors and labor to maintain continuous workflow, safety, and productivity.
- Quality & Safety: Inspect incoming raw materials, conduct on-site tests, and enforce strict structural quality protocols.
- Billing & Progress: Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), record site measurements, and assist in verifying contractor bills.
- Material Tracking: Monitor inventory consumption and raise timely indents to avoid material shortages.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in residential, commercial, or real estate construction.
- Mandatory Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in D-Wall installation and overall site management work.
- Technical: Strong ability to read complex structural drawings; proficiency in layout marking; basic MS Excel and AutoCAD skills.
- Notice Period: Immediate Joining Required.
Compensation
- Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and competence).
