Job details:
The ideal candidate will be comfortable with creating an engineering plan for land development based on their calculations and any research conducted. They should have experience with AutoCAD and be able to utilize strong design skills in order to create visual aids. By utilizing strong organizational and communication skills, this candidate will also have the ability to execute a project based on the criteria outlined.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage procurement of construction building material, interior, landscape and specialty materials for projects
- Identify and negotiate with vendors (local & international) for best pricing and quality
- Handle import procurement, logistics, and coordination with suppliers
- Work with design and project teams to ensure timely material availability
- Prepare BOQs, measure quantity from the drawings, compare quotations, and control procurement costs
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 2–4 years experience in procurement/purchase for construction or interiors
- Strong knowledge of building and finishing materials
- Experience in import sourcing and vendor management preferred
