DiveGrid is a growing construction & infrastructure company working on real estate, land development, and execution projects.
We are currently looking for a Civil Engineer Fresher to join our founding team and grow with us from the ground up.
we’re looking for someone who can take ownership, support technical execution, and help us build strong operational systems from the beginning.
🔹 Responsibilities:
• Assist in site supervision and execution support
• Coordination with contractors and vendors
• Quantity estimation & BOQ assistance
• Project monitoring and reporting
• Site documentation and planning support
• Ensuring quality and timely execution of work
• Candidates from Trivandrum/Kollam preffered
🔹 Requirements:
• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
• Basic understanding of construction and site processes
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to travel and work on-site
