Role Overview
Hiring a Civil Engineer to support valuation of real estate assets (land, residential, commercial). This role involves site inspections, estimation, and valuation support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and property measurements
- Assist in land & building valuation reports
- Perform BOQ, cost estimation, and market comparison
- Analyze real estate trends and comparable transactions
- Verify basic property/legal documents
Must-Have
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture
- Experience in site work / BOQ / estimation / billing
- Exposure to real estate / construction projects
- Comfortable with frequent travel/site visits
Good to Have
- Exposure to property valuation / bank/NBFC cases
- Knowledge of cost & sales comparison approaches
Do Not Apply If
- No site/field experience
- Only design (AutoCAD/Revit) roles
- Non-civil background
