Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Civil Engineer with interior experience to manage and oversee interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, coordination, quality control, and ensuring timely delivery of projects in line with design and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute and supervise interior fit-out works at site (civil + finishing works)
- Read and interpret drawings (architectural, interior, MEP) accurately
- Coordinate with design team, vendors, contractors, and clients
- Ensure quality standards and material specifications are maintained
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion
- Prepare and maintain site reports, DPRs, and progress updates
- Conduct site measurements and BOQ verification
- Handle vendor management and billing verification
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and site discipline
- Resolve on-site issues and provide practical execution solutions
Key Skills Required:- Strong knowledge of interior materials and finishes
- Should have experience in the Design Architect office.
- Understanding of site execution & project coordination
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of Excel/MS Project preferred
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites (if required)
- Problem-solving attitude and ownership mindset
Qualification:- B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil
- Additional certification in interior execution (preferred but not mandatory)
