Civil Engineer Corporate Trainer | Pan India Hiring
Civil Guruji Pvt. Ltd. is one of India's leading Construction Management & Practical Civil Engineering Training Institutes.
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with strong Construction Site Execution knowledge who is passionate about teaching and mentoring future civil engineers.

Multiple Positions Available
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver practical classroom and site training sessions.
• Train students on real construction execution practices.
• Teach Township Layout, Centerline Layout, Excavation, Earthwork, PCC, RCC, Formwork, Reinforcement, Brickwork, AAC Block Work, Masonry, Finishing Work and Concrete Quality Control.
• Explain Architectural and Structural Drawings.
• Conduct practical workshops and doubt-clearing sessions.
• Train students using actual site examples and industry standards.
• Support online content recording whenever required.
• Maintain classroom discipline and safety standards.
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of Building Construction.
• Practical Site Execution experience.
• RCC, Formwork, Reinforcement and Masonry knowledge.
• Drawing Reading skills.
• Quality Control and Site Inspection knowledge.
• Basic Quantity Estimation.
• AutoCAD knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Auto Level / Surveying knowledge is preferred.
• Basic MS Excel knowledge.
Communication Skills
• Excellent Hindi Communication.
• Basic English Communication.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical way.
Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience
Minimum 4 Years of experience in Building Construction / Site Execution.
Candidates with Residential, Commercial, Apartment, Villa and Township project experience will be preferred.
