Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Engineer specializing in Commercial & Retail Fitouts, located in the Pune Division. The Civil Engineer will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction and fit-out projects. Responsibilities include designing civil engineering solutions, managing project timelines, addressing stormwater and infrastructure challenges, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Close coordination with project stakeholders and site management teams will be essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and expertise in structural and site development planning
- Experience in managing civil engineering projects and collaborating with other Civil Engineers
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related infrastructure planning
- Strong understanding of construction methods and regulatory compliance specific to Civil Engineering projects
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in relevant design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar)
- Experience in commercial and retail fitout projects is a strong advantage
