Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise and execute civil construction activities related to Oil & Gas pipeline projects, HDD works, trenchless crossings, and infrastructure development.
2. Manage site execution activities including excavation, concreting, backfilling, foundations, ducting, and utility works.
3. Coordinate with project managers, clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
4. Ensure compliance with project drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
5. Monitor daily site progress and prepare DPR (Daily Progress Reports), measurement sheets, and project documentation.
6. Handle manpower planning, material management, and equipment coordination at site.
7. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during project execution.
8. Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards as per Oil & Gas industry requirements.
9. Support billing activities, quantity estimation, BOQ verification, and reconciliation of materials.
10. Coordinate with survey teams and ensure accurate alignment and execution of trenchless/HDD activities.
11. Maintain proper records of project activities, client communications, and site reports.
12. Ensure timely completion of assigned projects within budget and quality parameters.
Required Skills & Competencies:
1. Strong knowledge of civil construction and Oil & Gas project execution.
2. Experience in HDD / Trenchless Engineering projects will be preferred.
3. Knowledge of pipeline construction standards and site safety practices.
4. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and layouts.
5. Good understanding of quantity estimation, billing, and project documentation.
6. Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
7. Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project reporting tools.
8. Ability to manage multiple site activities under challenging conditions.

- Cross-country Pipeline Projects
- Infrastructure & Industrial Civil Works
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Diploma Civil – Second Option)
- Experience: 10+ Years (Max till 16 yrs)
- Notice Period: Immediate to 15–30 Days Preferred
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites across India
