Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Jaipur. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for designing and reviewing civil engineering plans, preparing drawings and technical specifications, and supporting the planning and execution of construction projects. Daily activities include coordinating with project managers and site teams, monitoring project progress, ensuring adherence to relevant codes and standards, and addressing technical issues that arise during construction. The role also involves performing site inspections, contributing to stormwater and drainage solutions, maintaining project documentation, and supporting quality and safety compliance across project phases.
Qualifications
- Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills, including the ability to develop and review structural and infrastructure plans.
- Experience working as Civil Engineers on construction or infrastructure projects, with practical site and office exposure.
- Planning skills for project scheduling, resource coordination, and workflow management.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related drainage design principles for urban and infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Proficiency with relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design tools) and familiarity with local building codes and standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality, safety, and timelines.
