The Role
We are hiring 3 Site Inspectors and Work Supervisors to join our growing operations team. You will be the first technical person a customer meets on-site. Your diagnosis determines the solution. Your supervision determines the quality. This role sits at the core of everything we deliver.
Responsibilities
Inspection and Diagnosis
- Visit residential and apartment sites across Bangalore to assess water leakage problems
- Identify root causes: failed grout joints, cracked slabs, plumbing leakage, parapet junction failures, coating deterioration
- Use thermal imaging tools and moisture meters to detect hidden water paths
- Flag adjacent terrace conditions as potential contributing water sources
- Document all findings using our structured mobile inspection form with photographs
Work Supervision
- Supervise applicator teams during surface preparation, primer application, coating layers, injection grouting, curing, and ponding tests
- Ensure material usage matches the project scope at every stage
- Conduct quality checks and flag deviations before they become warranty issues
- Coordinate with the operations team on scheduling, material delivery, and timelines
Proposal Support
- Provide accurate area measurements (sqft) for all treatment zones
- Recommend the right scope of work based on actual site conditions
Documentation and Reporting
- Complete post-inspection reports with photo evidence and root cause analysis
- Submit daily progress updates during active projects
- Participate in ponding test sign-off before project handover
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in construction, waterproofing, or building maintenance
- Familiarity with waterproofing products such as PU coatings, cementitious systems, injection grouts, and epoxy systems
- Comfortable using a smartphone for documentation (Google Forms, structured site photos, Google Maps)
- Willingness to learn and use thermal imaging equipment
- Two-wheeler with valid licence for daily travel across Bangalore
