Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site execution activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Monitor construction quality and safety standards.
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
- Plan manpower, materials, and site resources.
- Measure work and verify contractor bills.
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines and quality standards.
Eligibility
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 1–5 years of experience in residential or commercial construction.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- Knowledge of site execution, finishing works, and quality control.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
