Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed feasibility reports for redevelopment and construction projects.
Awareness of DCPR (Development Control and Promotion Regulations) norms
Draft and prepare tender documents for housing societies.
Additional Responsibilities:
Review structural drawings, technical specifications, and execution plans.
Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards as per project and statutory guidelines.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and construction quality.
Prepare detailed site visit reports with visual documentation (photos, markups, and observations).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office and basic engineering software (AutoCAD preferred).
Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
