We are hiring a qualified Civil Engineer for site supervision having the following qualities with immediate opening:
Responsibilities
- Making abstracts/measurement sheets and biling.
- Preparing estimates, tender & Bar chart
- Guide contractor to work as per tenders & BOQ
- Complete building project contracts execution knowledge
- Work well to manage projects, timelines and expectations
- Taking daily reports from project sites
Qualifications
- A degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 year- Professional Work experience on big scale projects.
- Should be having thorough understanding of working details, structural, electrical and lightning, HVAC and plumbing, materials and finishes.
- Effective communication skills within team and on-site
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skills
