Role Description
This full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role is based in Kanpur. The primary responsibilities include developing and implementing civil engineering designs, managing civil engineering projects, planning construction activities, and overseeing stormwater management systems to meet project goals. The Civil Engineer will work collaboratively with a team to ensure quality compliance and effective project execution while contributing to the overall success of real estate development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design, including knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and software.
- Demonstrated expertise in Civil Engineering and the ability to apply technical knowledge to real-world projects.
- Strong skills in Planning and project management to ensure efficient execution of plans.
- Experience in Stormwater Management, including systems design and environmental compliance.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail for achieving project objectives effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Previous experience in real estate development or relevant construction projects is a plus.
