Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Nashik. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs, drawings, and technical specifications for infrastructure and machinery-related projects. Daily activities include site visits, coordinating with project managers and contractors, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, safety standards, and quality requirements. The role involves planning project activities, analyzing structural and stormwater systems, preparing reports, and supporting cost estimates and timelines. The Civil Engineer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes.
Qualifications
- Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design skills, with the ability to create and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience working as Civil Engineers on infrastructure or construction projects, including coordination with site and project teams.
- Planning skills for project scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management principles and related regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design tools) and MS Office.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, with attention to detail and safety standards.
- Ability to work on-site in Nashik, manage multiple tasks, and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
