Job Title: Civil Engineer (Township Projects)
Location: Kharkhoda, Sonipat, Haryana
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Level: 8-10 Years
Key Responsibilities
● Design and supervise civil engineering works for township projects, including site
development, roads, drainage, water supply, and utilities.
● Manage project execution from inception to completion, coordinating with
architects, contractors, and stakeholders to meet budgets and deadlines.
● Conduct site surveys, soil testing, and feasibility studies specific to township
layouts in Sonipat region.
● Ensure adherence to Haryana Building Code, environmental norms, and labor
laws; prepare compliance reports.
● Optimize designs for cost-efficiency and sustainability, incorporating green
building practices.
● Handle vendor negotiations, material procurement, and quality control
inspections.
● Resolve on-site technical issues and lead a team of junior engineers and site staff.
Qualifications and Experience
● Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university; M.Tech
preferred.
● 8-10 years of proven experience in township projects, including residential
layouts, infrastructure development, and urban planning.
● Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, and MS Project; familiarity with GIS tools a
plus.
● Strong knowledge of Indian standards (IS codes), Haryana urban development
regulations, and township-specific approvals (HUDA/Haryana RERA).
● Excellent project management skills with experience handling projects worth
₹50+ crores.
