Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Engineer based in Mumbai. The role involves conducting product trials, providing technical support at client sites, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth project execution.
The Civil Engineer will be responsible for:
- Conducting product testing and trials at client locations
- Supporting client conversion from trial stage to regular business
- Visiting sites for product application, performance monitoring, and technical assistance
- Preparing and maintaining trial reports, documentation, and feedback records
- Coordinating with sales and production teams for effective execution
- Assisting in production operations and quality checks when required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in construction, site work, or related industry
- Good knowledge of construction materials and on-site applications
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Hands-on and proactive approach with the ability to work on-site and in factory environments
- Willingness to travel as per project and client requirements
