Job Position: Civil Engineer
MRS Builders and Developers is seeking a skilled and dedicated Civil Engineer to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Project Design & Planning: Design and review detailed blueprints and structural plans using CAD software
- Site Supervision: Oversee on-site activities to ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards
- Project Management: Manage schedules, track budgets, and coordinate with teams and sub-contractors
- Compliance & Permitting: Ensure projects adhere to local building codes and safety regulations
- Problem Solving: Identify design or construction bottlenecks on-site and implement efficient solutions
Requirements & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BSc or equivalent)
- Licensure: Valid PEC Number registration
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Revit
- Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in construction or structural design
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, sharp eye for detail, and excellent communication skills
