Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Mumbai. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing civil works related to power equipment installations, including foundations, support structures, and site development. Daily activities include preparing design drawings and calculations, coordinating stormwater management and drainage solutions, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The role involves conducting site inspections, collaborating with project managers and contractors, preparing technical reports and documentation, and supporting tender and proposal development. The Civil Engineer will work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective civil engineering solutions aligned with project requirements and timelines.
Qualifications
- Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills to plan, analyze, and deliver structural and site development solutions.
- Experience working as Civil Engineers, managing projects from planning through execution and handover.
- Strong Planning capabilities for scheduling, resource coordination, and project documentation.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage design, and site infrastructure for industrial and commercial facilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency with CAD and civil design software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, or similar tools).
- Understanding of relevant Indian building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct on-site assessments, handle multiple projects, and solve technical problems independently.
- Prior experience in industrial, power, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
