Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Engineer, based in Mumbai. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for designing and planning construction projects, including building repairs, heritage conversation, etc. Key tasks include developing and reviewing civil engineering plans, ensuring compliance with local regulations, project management, and liaising with various stakeholders to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Building Repairs
- Experience in Planning and Project Management
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in team environments
- Proficiency in civil engineering software and tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Knowledge of local building codes and construction regulations
- Prior experience in heritage restoration or structural repairs is a plus
