Role Description
This is a full-time Civil Engineer role located on-site in Rajkot. The Civil Engineer will oversee construction and maintenance projects, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include preparing technical drawings, managing resources, analyzing engineering challenges, and collaborating with project teams to deliver efficient and innovative solutions. The role requires effective communication, project coordination, and the ability to manage deadlines and budgets effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and construction techniques
- Ability to perform site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Project Management skills, including resource allocation, budgeting, and timeline management
- Effective team collaboration and communication skills
- Knowledge of material testing protocols and quality control processes
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Experience in the construction or industrial sector is a strong advantage
