🧑💻 Experience: 7–10 Years
GKB Group is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to manage and supervise our ongoing real estate and construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong site management skills, contractor coordination ability, and a focus on quality construction execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day construction site activities
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications & BOQ
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants & vendors
• Monitor construction quality, materials & workmanship
• Handle labour deployment, attendance & productivity
• Ensure labour safety and site compliance
• Track project progress and maintain daily site reports
• Prepare progress reports and project documentation
Requirements
✔ Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
✔ 7–10 years experience in real estate / construction projects
✔ Strong experience in site supervision & labour management
✔ Knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ verification & project execution
