Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Pune. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for designing and reviewing civil engineering plans, preparing detailed drawings and specifications, and coordinating with architects, contractors, and other engineers. Day-to-day tasks include supervising construction activities, monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards, and resolving technical issues on-site. The role also involves planning and implementing stormwater management solutions, conducting site inspections, preparing reports, and supporting project scheduling and cost estimation.
Qualifications
- Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills, with the ability to develop and review structural, infrastructure, and site development plans.
- Experience working as Civil Engineers on construction or infrastructure projects, including coordination with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Planning skills for project scheduling, resource allocation, and site logistics management.
- Stormwater Management knowledge, including drainage design, flood mitigation measures, and compliance with local environmental regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Proficiency with civil engineering design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent) and basic project management tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in technical documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and safety regulations; prior experience in urban or infrastructure projects in India is an advantage.
