About DP Infratech
DP Infratech is a specialized civil contracting firm based in Mumbai, focusing on building repair, structural rehabilitation, external plastering, painting, and advanced waterproofing solutions for residential housing societies and commercial structures.
Key Responsibilities-
1. Oversee day-to-day site execution, ensuring structural repair and restoration works follow engineering standards and IS codes.
2. Supervise specialized contractors and labor teams (plastering, waterproofing, structural polymer/jacketing, external painting, and scaffolding).
3. Track daily site progress, maintain site registers, and ensure project execution meets target deadlines.
4. Conduct joint measurements with PMC/Society representatives and assist in preparing running account (RA) bills.
5. Enforce safety protocols across all elevated works, scaffolding setups, and structural chipping operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent relevant field experience).
Experience: 2–5 years of site execution experience, specifically in structural repair, rehabilitation, and waterproofing in Mumbai/MMR.
Key Skills: Knowledge of structural repair chemicals (polymers, micro-concrete, epoxy injections), scaffolding safety, site measurement, and team management.
Good communication skills in Hindi and Marathi to coordinate smoothly with site labor and society committees.
