- Drawing Study
- Inspection the quality control
- BOQ & Estimation studies
- Vendor Bill verification
- Day to day management of the site including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any sub contractors
- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specification.
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
- work schedule to be following
- Utility project site visit and preparing the snag list
- Strong Interior & Exterior Knowledge
- Daily & weekly vendor meeting attending
- strong plumbing & electrical process knowledge
- Strong Computer Computer Knowledge
- Fabrication process knowledge
