🚧 We're Hiring: Civil Engineer – Colony / Township Development 📍 Location: Moga, Punjab
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Moga. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning, developing, and executing residential colony / township projects — from layout to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and supervise development of residential colonies (roads, drainage, sewerage, water supply, electrical layout, plot demarcation)
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and local authorities (PUDA / municipal approvals, NOCs, CLU, etc.)
- Prepare BOQs, estimates, and project schedules; control cost and quality on site
- Manage day-to-day site execution, labour, and material planning
Requirements
- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of experience in colony / township / real-estate development (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of layout planning, and site execution
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Moga
