We are looking for a skilled and responsible Civil Site Engineer to manage the complete construction of residential projects. The engineer will be responsible for end-to-end site execution, quality checks, and ensuring timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth execution of all construction activities.
- Supervise labour, subcontractors, and site staff.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and vendors.
- Ensure construction quality as per drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Monitor material usage, stock management, and ensure timely procurement.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Maintain site safety, housekeeping, and compliance with building bylaws.
- Ensure timely completion of each stage, including foundation, masonry, slab work, electrical, plumbing, and finishing.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–5 years of site execution experience (residential preferred).
- Strong understanding of drawings, BOQ, and construction site management.
- Ability to manage labour and handle site challenges independently.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
