Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to manage on-site execution of residential and commercial building projects. The role involves overseeing construction activities, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with stakeholders for timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site
Ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications
2. Monitor project timelines, quality, and site progress
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors
Oversee RCC and finishing work execution
3. Maintain site documentation, measurements, and reports
4. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Qualifications & Requirements
5. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
6. Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction projects
7. Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, and site execution
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
8. Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
9. Experience with residential/commercial real estate projects
10. Knowledge of AutoCAD, BOQ, and billing processes
