Job Title: Site Engineer (Real Estate)
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, plans, and specifications
- Monitor site progress and report status to senior management regularly
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards
- Check and verify measurements, bills, and material usage
- Maintain site records, reports, and documentation
- Ensure safety standards and compliance with regulations at site
- Resolve on-site technical issues and provide practical solutions
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and project managers
- Monitor material delivery, storage, and usage efficiently
- Conduct site inspections and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Support project planning, scheduling, and execution
- Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at site
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/Diploma)
- 5 to 10 years of experience in real estate/construction projects
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and drawings
- Basic understanding of AutoCAD and MS Excel
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards

site- experience 5-10 years of site execution ,supervision and construction procedures-
salary range 40k-55k.
