Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The Civil Engineer will participate in the planning, design, and execution of residential and commercial projects, ensuring structural integrity, safety, and compliance with relevant codes and standards. Daily responsibilities include developing and reviewing civil engineering drawings, coordinating with architects, contractors, and consultants, and supporting stormwater management and infrastructure solutions for project sites. The role also involves preparing technical reports, monitoring construction progress, conducting site inspections, and recommending improvements to optimize quality, cost, and timelines. The Civil Engineer will collaborate closely with project teams to deliver sustainable, high-quality structures aligned with Advaitha Ventures’ design and environmental goals.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to apply core principles to residential and commercial projects.
- Experience working as a Civil Engineer on-site, including planning, coordination, and supervision of construction activities.
- Knowledge of planning processes for real estate projects, including site layout, infrastructure planning, and regulatory approvals.
- Understanding of Stormwater Management practices and related drainage, rainwater harvesting, and environmental compliance solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, or similar) and familiarity with local building codes and standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders and work on-site in dynamic project environments.
