Role Description
We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with 3–4 years of professional experience in construction project execution and site supervision. The candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for smooth project delivery.
Qualifications
- Supervise and monitor daily site construction activities.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and work schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and project teams.
- Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare and review daily progress reports, site records, and documentation.
- Assist in quantity estimation, BOQ verification, and billing support.
- Monitor material usage and ensure proper site inventory management.
- Identify and resolve technical issues at site level.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned project milestones.
Required Skilled
- Strong knowledge of civil construction practices (RCC, finishing, structural work).
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of site safety regulations and quality standards.
Educational Qualification
- 3–4 Years of relevant experience in construction projects
