Job Title: Civil Engineer – Project Billing & Documentation
About the Company:
Established in 2008, we are an industrial civil, structural fabrication, and mechanical contracting company delivering high-quality projects across diverse industrial sectors. We specialize in industrial civil construction, structural steel fabrication, mechanical installation, and the execution of turnkey projects.
We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer to handle project billing, documentation, and client coordination for smooth payment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and raise project bills/invoices for clients accurately and on time.
- Review drawings and project specifications, including using AutoCAD, to support billing and quantity verification.
- Maintain records of material usage, labor, and equipment for project accounting.
- Coordinate with site teams, procurement, and accounts for accurate billing.
- Track variation orders and additional works for billing purposes.
- Assist in preparation of project progress reports for clients.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and contractual terms.
Location: Panvel (must be in a commutable distance to the office)
Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)
Experience: 5–8+ years of experience in industrial / construction projects.
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in project billing/invoicing.
- Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings.
- Strong knowledge of project costing, measurement, and estimation.
- Good communication and coordination skills with clients and site teams, Detail-oriented and organized.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Preferred: Experience using AutoCAD for referencing drawings during billing.
