Civil Engineer – EPC Projects

At Pilankar Industries and Developers LLP, we specialize in structural steel, PEB, civil construction, and turnkey project execution.
We are looking for a practical, execution-driven Civil Engineer who can take responsibility on-site and deliver projects efficiently.
Role Overview:
This role involves end-to-end site execution, coordination, and billing for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execution and supervision of civil works at site
- Reading and understanding drawings (AutoCAD knowledge required)
- Taking site measurements and preparing running bills
- Preparing BOQs, quotations, and material estimates
- Managing labour, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ensuring quality control and adherence to timelines
- Daily reporting and coordination with management
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of relevant site experience
- BE Civil Engineer / Experienced Diploma Civil Engineer
- Strong understanding of on-site execution and problem-solving
- Ability to handle responsibilities independently
- Good communication and coordination skills
