Role Description
we are looking for skilled Civil Draughtsman who can understand and prepare drawings,Layouts and Plans based on specifications provided by architect, Engineer, or project manager.The candidate will support project execution by producing accurate and timely drawings using drafting software and will be part of our early morning shift team. The ideal candidate should be capable of reading and interpreting engineering plans and drawings, possess strong English communication skills, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. This role also involves corresponding with suppliers for quotations, performing follow-ups via email or phone, preparing material take-offs, and maintaining well-organized project documentation to support smooth workflow and coordination across teams.
Key Responsibilities Read and understand civil engineering plans and drawings.
• Send emails to suppliers requesting quotations for materials/services.
• Follow up with suppliers via email or phone to obtain required information.
• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
• Save and organize project documents in designated folders.
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, follow-ups, and calculations.
• Coordinate with the project team Head to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Experience to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for documentation, reporting, and communication.
• Work with engineers and architects to interpret designs, revise drawings, and provide input on feasibility.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or an diploma in Civil draughtsman.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Comfortable working in early morning shifts.
• Having Knowledge of AutoCAD
•
Candidate must be local from Amritsar
• Male and Female both can apply.
Salary : 20,000 to 30,000 ( Depend on Interview)
