Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and working drawings based on design inputs.
- Develop plans, sections, elevations, and construction details using AutoCAD.
- Convert conceptual sketches and markups into accurate technical drawings.
- Ensure all drawings are aligned with project specifications and standards.
- Revise drawings as per client or senior architect feedback
- Coordinate with architects and engineers for incorporating structural and service details.
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings.
- Assist in quantity take-offs and basic BOQ preparation (if required).
- Support site team with updated drawings and clarifications
- Review design documents and drawings to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.
Primary Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting is mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of SketchUp is preferred.
- Understanding of architectural drawings and construction details.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
- Ability to work on deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Education
- Diploma / ITI in Drafting or Civil Engineering
- Bachelor’s Degree (Architecture / Civil) – Optional
