Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Civil & Architectural Draftsman to join our dynamic team in the Architecture sector. As a Civil / Architectural Draftsman, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Architecture team in the design and development of various sports/ corporate/ residential/ institutional/ industrial projects. If you have a strong background in AutoCAD, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Architects to create detailed drawings and plans for sports/ corporate/ residential/ institutional/ industrial projects.
- Preparing accurate technical drawings, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Review and revise drawings based on Architecture calculations, feedback, and design changes.
- Generate 2D and 3D models of civil structures using Revit software (preferred).
- Ensure drawings are completed within designated timelines and adhere to quality standards.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather project requirements and provide necessary support during the design phase.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all drawings and project files.
Key Skills:
- 5 and above years of experience as a Civil / Architectural Draftsman in the Commercial / Sports / Architecture sector.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Experience with Revit software will be added advantages.
- Strong technical skills and understanding of drafting principles.
- Familiarity with Commercial & Sports construction processes, materials, and codes.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
Software Skill:
- AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite (Revit is an asset). Civil / Structural /Architect Draughtsman from preferably ITI or equivalent.
