Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Civil and Structural Design Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for designing structural and civil solutions, preparing detailed project documentation, and collaborating with clients as well as cross-functional teams. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing requirements, performing structural calculations, creating technical drawings, and ensuring all designs comply with safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in structural and civil engineering design, including technical drawing creation and structural analysis
- Experience with relevant software for design and simulations
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards and building codes
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to address engineering challenges
- Exceptional project management abilities and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field
- Previous on-site engineering experience is an advantage
- Effective communication skills for team collaboration and client interaction
