Role Description
- Lead & scale city sales team
- Drive new business from gated communities / societies
- Build strong customer relationships
- Own targets, strategy & execution
- Hire, train & mentor top sales talent
- Work closely with leadership team
What We Need:
- 5 years sales experience
- Any Degree
- Team handling / leadership background
- Strong B2B / SaaS / Real Estate sales exposure
- Excellent negotiation & closing skills
- Data-driven mindset
- Hustler attitude
