Our warehouse associates play a key role in ensuring our products get to customers quickly, safely, and accurately.</div><div> <br><strong>Job Summary</strong> </div><div>As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of warehouse tasks such as receiving raw materials, preparing and packing orders, restocking shelves, palletizing product, and assisting in maintaining an organized, safe, and clean warehouse.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilities </strong></div><ul> <li>Accurately pick, pack, and label orders for shipping</li> <li>Receive and inspect incoming shipments and reconcile with purchase orders</li> <li>Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment safely</li> <li>Restock inventory and rotate stock using FIFO methods</li> <li>Perform regular inventory counts and help resolve discrepancies</li> <li>Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and shipping area</li> <li>Assist production and packaging teams when needed</li> <li>Follow all company safety procedures and protocols</li> </ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li> <li>1+ year of warehouse or shipping experience preferred, but not required</li> <li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods</li> <li>Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems a plus</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy</li> <li>Dependable, punctual, and a team player</li> <li>Must be authorized to work in the United States</li> </ul><div><strong>Work Environment</strong></div><ul> <li>This position is performed in a warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and standing for long periods</li> <li>PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) may be required depending on tasks</li> </ul> </div>
