Calyco Interiors is building a city‑by‑city interiors execution company. We’re looking for full‑time City Operating Partners who can independently build and run an interiors business in their city under the Calyco Interiors brand. This is not a typical sales job. You will handle customer meetings and closing, BOQ and quotation preparation, vendor and contractor coordination, site execution and handover, payment follow‑up, customer satisfaction and reviews, and local business development through builders, brokers, designers, RWAs and referrals.
We provide the Calyco Interiors brand; office or experience centre support where available; website, CRM and automation support; social media and lead‑generation support; central systems, quotation formats and reporting; vendor and sourcing support; and company contracts, invoicing and banking.
This role is best suited for someone who wants founder‑like upside but with the backing of a brand, office, systems, marketing and central support. Compensation includes a recoverable monthly draw during the initial ramp‑up period, profit‑share on collected and profitable projects (scaling from 25% to 33% based on performance), with payouts only after customer collections and project‑cost reconciliation and a quality holdback to protect customer satisfaction and warranty issues.
Candidates should have proven experience in home interiors, renovation, modular kitchens/wardrobes, civil and finishing work, painting and waterproofing, furniture, decor and turnkey execution, or managing multiple customer sites.
